The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Isaiah 41:10King James Version

Plain English

"Fear thou not; for I am with thee" means do not be afraid, because God is with you. "Be not dismayed; for I am thy God" means do not be shaken, because He is your God. He will strengthen you, help you, and "uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness," holding you up by His strong and faithful power.

Devotional

Wind can rattle an old window until the whole room feels unsteady. A steady hand on your shoulder changes the feeling, even if the wind keeps blowing. God says He is with you, He is your God, and He will hold you up. You do not have to steady the house alone.
