The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Plain English
These verses tell us to trust God completely instead of depending only on what we understand. When we include God in all our decisions and plans, He promises to guide us in the right direction.
Devotional
Our understanding is limited, but God sees the whole picture. Trusting Him means being willing to follow His guidance even when it doesn't make sense to us at first. God's directions are always for our benefit.
