And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
Plain English
Jesus the King says, "Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me." Inasmuch means in that you did it, and ye means you. The least of these are people who are easy to overlook, the ones the world counts as small. Service given to them is service given to Him.
Devotional
At the clinic door, a man with a walker is trying to manage the handle, the bag, and the threshold at once. People step around him because the clock feels loud. You hold the door and wait without a sigh. Jesus says that kind of care, given to someone easy to pass by, is given to Him.
