The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.
Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.
Plain English
David asks where he could go from God's Spirit, and says that even if he makes his bed in hell, God is there, and at the farthest sea "thy right hand shall hold me." Whither means where, and thy means your. In this psalm the old word hell means the place of the dead, not a hiding spot. There is no distance, and no grave, where God's hand stops leading and holding His people.
Devotional
A motel room far from home can feel thin, with no familiar chair and no familiar voice in the next room. You are not outside God's reach because the map changed. If the road goes to the edge of the sea, His hand still leads. If you lie down near death itself, His right hand still holds you.
