The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.

Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.

Psalm 119:18King James Version

Plain English

'Open thou mine eyes' means open my eyes, and behold means see. The prayer asks to see wondrous things out of God's law, and thy means your. Wonder is already in His instruction, and we need His help to notice it.

Devotional

Reading glasses do not change the print. They help tired eyes catch what was already on the page. Pray for that kind of help, and God can show you wonder in words you have passed over before.
