The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.
I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.
Plain English
'Labouring' means hard work, and by that work God's people ought to support the weak. Ye means you. Jesus said it is more blessed to give than to receive. Giving is a glad calling, and the call to support the weak means receiving help is not a shame.
Devotional
A box of extra tomatoes on a neighbor's step can delight the giver more than another jar in the pantry. Work so you can support the weak. If you are the one who needs the box this month, receive it without shame.
