The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.

But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.

Galatians 4:4-5King James Version

Plain English

"When the fulness of the time was come," when the time was full and right, "God sent forth his Son." The Son was "made of a woman," born of a woman, and "made under the law," born under God's law. He came "to redeem them that were under the law," to set people free, "that we might receive the adoption of sons," a welcome into God's family as his children. The coming of Jesus was not late, and it was the right time.

Devotional

On adoption day, a child receives a family name at the hour the court sets. Paul says that when the time was full, God sent forth his Son, born of a woman, to redeem us. The purpose was adoption, that we might be received as God's children. The clock belonged to God, and the gift is a family.
