Plain English
"Suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God", and a multitude is a great crowd, and the heavenly host is the company of angels. They said, "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men." Glory goes to God in the highest heaven, and on earth, they announced peace and God's good will toward people. The day after Christmas, their praise is still the right sound.

The day after Christmas, the boxes may already be in a pile, and the house is quieter than it was yesterday. Heaven was not quiet on the night of the birth. A multitude of the heavenly host praised God with glory in the highest, and with peace on earth, good will toward men. You can join that praise in a calmer house, and ask God for his peace in one real relationship.
