The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.
Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
Plain English
"Take therefore no thought for the morrow" means do not be eaten up by worry about tomorrow. The morrow means tomorrow, and it "shall take thought for the things of itself." "Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof" means today already has enough trouble. Jesus is teaching trust, not a careless refusal to plan.
Devotional
You know the feeling of lying awake and living tomorrow morning before it arrives. The dark makes the next day larger than it is. Jesus says today already has enough trouble, so meet the day you are actually in. Tomorrow can be met when it is tomorrow.
