The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.
Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
Plain English
"Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any." Forbearing means bearing with people, and a quarrel means a complaint. "Even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye" means you all should forgive in the way Christ forgave you. If someone has a complaint, the way forward is patience and forgiveness.
Devotional
A borrowed rake that comes back late can start a quiet feud, and you may rehearse the complaint while you tie your shoes. Christ forgave you, so bear with the person and forgive. The rake may still need to come home, but the complaint does not get to run the friendship.
