Plain English
"Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." Care means your worries, all of them, not a tidy sample, and careth means cares. The reason you can throw your anxiety on God is not that your problems are tiny. It is that He cares for you.
Devotional
At a doorway, people drop heavy coats before they sit down. You can keep wearing every worry into the room, or you can cast it on the Lord. He is not bored by the pile. He cares for you, so the invitation covers all your care, including the one you think is too small or too old.
