The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
Plain English
Paul urges believers, by God's mercies, to "present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service." A living sacrifice is a life laid before God and then lived out in ordinary hours. Reasonable service means the sensible response. You offer your body because mercy has already come, not in order to purchase that mercy.
Devotional
Your hands are the ones that will make the soup, drive the car, or fold the towels today. Those hours are not a side note to life with God. They are the body you can present to Him. Because He has been merciful, it makes sense to let Him have the day you actually live.
