The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.
The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
Plain English
David calls the Lord "my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer," and also "the horn of my salvation, and my high tower." A horn was a picture of strong power, so the horn of salvation means God's strong power to save. A high tower is a safe place above the danger, and a buckler, which he also names, is a small shield. He stacks these pictures because one word is too small for the God he trusts.
Devotional
Wind pushes at the windows, and you are glad the house is more than a tent. Stone and shelter matter when the weather has an opinion. David rests his trust in God as rock, fortress, shield, and high tower. You can do the same when the day feels stormy and your own strength feels thin.
