The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.
Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
Plain English
Isaiah asks whether you have heard that the everlasting God "fainteth not, neither is weary," and that "there is no searching of his understanding." Fainteth not means He does not grow faint, and His understanding cannot be measured to the bottom. Then the promise comes close to tired people. He gives power to the faint, and He increases strength for those who have no might.
Devotional
The mower is back in the shed, or the long shift is finally over, and your arms feel used up. You did a fair day's work, and you are allowed to be tired. God does not faint, and He does not grow weary. He gives power to people who are faint, so your empty strength is not the end of His.
