The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
Plain English
God says He will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go, and thee means you. 'Guide thee with mine eye' means guidance as close as a look. He offers to teach the way, not to leave you guessing.
Devotional
Across a crowded room, a parent catches a child's eye and gives a small nod, with no shout. The child knows which way to go. Ask God to instruct you, and stay close enough to notice that kind of leading.
