The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.
Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy. He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
Plain English
'Who is a God like unto thee' means who is a God like You, and He pardoneth iniquity, which means He pardons twisted wrong. He does not keep anger forever, because He delighteth in mercy, and delighteth means delights. He casts sins into the depths of the sea, and He does not leave them on the shore for you to retrieve.
Devotional
A stone dropped into a deep pond is gone from your hand, and the surface closes. You are not asked to dive after it. God's pardon is that sure, because He delights in mercy.
