The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.

Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;

Acts 3:19King James Version

Plain English

'Repent ye therefore' means turn around, and ye means you. Be converted means turn to the Lord, so that your sins may be blotted out, which means wiped off the record. Times of refreshing come from the presence of the Lord after a real turn.

Devotional

A chalkboard covered with old marks looks hopeless until someone wipes it clean and the board is usable again. Repentance is the turn, and blotting out is God's wiping. Refreshing from His presence is like air in a room that has been shut too long.
