The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.

If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand? But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.

Psalm 130:3-4King James Version

Plain English

'If thou, Lord, shouldest mark iniquities' means if You kept a full record of sins against us, and nobody could stand. There is forgiveness with thee, and thee means you. 'That thou mayest be feared' means so that You will be held in reverent respect, because forgiveness leads to awe, not panic.

Devotional

A ledger of every fault would be too heavy for any of us to carry into God's presence. The better truth is that forgiveness is with the Lord. People who know they are forgiven learn to honor Him, not to cower as if the book stayed open.
