The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.
I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.
Plain English
God says He blotteth out transgressions, which means He wipes them away, and thy means your. He does this for His own sake, because of who He is. He will not remember your sins, which means He will not keep them as charges, even if you still remember.
Devotional
Ink on a page can be blotted before it becomes the whole story. God says He Himself wipes out transgressions and will not remember those sins. When the old line tries to darken the day, answer it with His promise.
