The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
Plain English
'Do good unto all' means do good to all people, and unto means to. Do it as you have opportunity. Especially care for the household of faith, the family of believers, and especially does not mean only.
Devotional
In the grocery aisle, a chance to do good may be a reached can, a patient place in line, or a bag for someone short on strength. Fellow believers are part of your household in Christ, so watch for their needs too. Goodness is practical, and it moves while the chance is still in front of you.
