The reading changes at midnight Central Time, and it stays the same all day.

Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

Isaiah 43:19King James Version

Plain English

God says, "Behold, I will do a new thing," and behold means look. "Now it shall spring forth" means this new work will sprout and start. He asks, "shall ye not know it", and will you notice it? He will "make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert," a path through the wild place and water where the ground was dry.

Devotional

A dry ditch behind the house has been brown for weeks. After a long rain, a thin stream shows up where there was only dust. God promised a new thing, a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Watch for a small beginning where you thought nothing could grow.
